keeping left hand on or over injured part, you can move your hand in rotatory fashion. Anitcockwise to remove negative energy and clockwise for positive energy.There is no harm in trying.This is also mentioned in pranic healing.

With the usual treatment, try pranik healing. Put your right hand on your lap, palm facing up and keep your left hand on the injured part, touching the injured part or keep your hand above the injured part facing the injured part. Idea is you are gathering energy on right hand giving the energy to your kitty with left hand. do it for 2 or three minutes. You may visualize energy as a milky white. This is pranic therapy introduced by a chinese author. He has written about 100 books on pranik heaing. Squatting exercise we discussed before is patented by him.You may feel some tingling in your hand. I think kitty will like it. She might feel some sensations.Best or luck.!

Thank you M-----i appreciate your response. I too a yoga practitioner for 40 of my 66 years....teacher for 25 or so----lived in ashrams-----etc. I have to be so careful to not over-sell yoga. There is such a misunderstanding of what it really is---not about asana!! Asana=10%.! People reach a certain point and then run away in fear when they approach that inner "stuff" that is the rest of the Practice (discipline). When they understand what is Karma Yoga---what is a Bhakti----what the hell is going in now---really---??? I nam Tantra Yogi---but that has not so much to do with sex as most think----ojas--shakti--0-prana---kundalini---Magic! Glad you are a yogini---om shanti

I understand they do not give complete book. they just mention few chapters just as propaganda for their book.I have posted a message in our group about eye being positive and the whole body being negative. And asked for the significance of this. I think your book will be giving explanation on this point.Taoist yoga literature is very interesting. They give sacred flavor to sex.And this is not easily accepted and this give wrong signals and misunderstanding.I will look out for your book in google..

I could not read the page in spite of high magnification.I understand this the book '100 days to better health and good sex and longer life. I have this book since last 10 yrs. I have studied it and am doing many exercises from this book.I just gave a reference of this book to a member for her problem.If I have to choose one book to read, I will choose this book.Please confirm whether it is the same book.

I have to defend the methods---i have to "sell" them---use both carrot and stick to hopefully penetrate the ignorance! Yes most are asleep in ignorance---sleep-walking--unaware--thus jesus on the cross says forgive them they know not what they do.
They will object to any method used that risks waking them up (let the sleeping dog lie) so...time for the stick HA!
Imagine someone staying locked in their dark house refusing to believe it when you tell them all about stars--and you offer chocolate---treats---relief from anxiety tee-hee-----the carrots---but no they stay locked up.. So you make a lot of noise---ring bells--yell--bang on pans etc and shout Fire Fire Fire get out. And they do come running out.
And they see the Stars!

yes yes yes---my intention is just that---to break up the thought processes---then a glimpse of the interior oasis becomes a possibility----they need at least a glimpse so they believe! Then the motivation they need arises and fuels their ride home. HA! vague i know---yes yes yes is to at least try to penetrate their protective barriers (demonstrated by their own posts so clearly) and to get a yes into their unconscious (a seed to hopefully sprout and grow!~) ya know?

thank you my dear heart for your post----and the insight----my approach is a little (a little?) bit different---on purpose---by design--it is participatory in that there is no spoon-feeding---the person must "work" on it-=---then it truly becomes their own. thanks for supporting a group member. om

Hi again: i am wondering why we could not have an "anxiety and pain couch"---using the "couch" concept (relax--talk--share techniques etc.) but just expanding what it can include....everyone!..as buddha--et.al. have emphasized "there is suffering". We have in common the desire to relieve that suffering and to join forces is only a logical next step. Whaddaya think dear Heart? om

Hello M----i have worked with anxiety and panic issues with clients and with my youngest daughter. What works? Besides drugs. The practices (breath--meditation--acupuncture--exercise--eat right etc. you have read our stuff). Please invite those of your group to visit us---there may be a mutual benefit. Pain is pain--we are a body-mind-spirit and we in pain are also so anxious ---so we all share pain suffering (buddha) and what helps one of us should help the others. ok---please---bring them to our cult!------om

it as Costco in the fall. My Happy Light has been so helpful this past winter. I always suspected I suffered from a seasonal
affective disorder, apparently many people do. Anyway, I put on the happy light first thing in the morning for about 30 minutes. We have it next to our dining room table where we eat all our meals. I know it's April and spring, but a few days
