Thank you. I actually do write a lot. I love writing. It does help, it is just that these are things that I actually need to talk to someone about, deep, dark, well, ya know.....

Yep, feeling pretty good today. 1 week today It is getting easier I can tell you that much. Is it me or what? Everytime I think about a Vike I get a sick feeling to my stomach. One of my buddies was in town and had a handful of them he owed me. I had no desire at all!!! What a great feeling that was. That drug no longer will control my life.
