Happy Thanksgiving a few days late.  I have no turkey leftovers, so I'm off to the grocery to buy another one.  We had two turkeys and nothing left but the carcass, which I turned into soup.  -L

Yes, I've definitely taken on the male tendency to get a lot of self valuation out of my career.  I am so thankful that I can still manage this with my health issues.  How are you doing?  Enjoying being back working?

That Psychology Today article you found was excellent.  Now if only someone besides psychs would read it and understand that is out of the realm of their specialties.  Thanks too for the well wishes today.  -L

Well I did it again! I took a header into the glass front door at the supermarket last night!  I managed to again protect my head and my face, but scre wed up the other knee.  When I got done c ursing I had a  good laugh.  Today I'm might sore but I don't think any serious damage was done.  I'm so glad MS has taught me how to laugh and not take things - especially myself - too seriously.  enjoy the day.  L

Just a quick note to say hi!  - I have been similar to you - not wanting to mention my improvement - it seems when I do it 'back fires' on me!!

I still get 'stuff' - but it doesn't last as long and isn't quite as bad .

best wishes

Hey, sorry to hear about your cat. It is a tough decision to go through. Had to make that decision last year with mine. It's tough especially with other things going on. Give yourself time. Take care.   Stephen

So I have ALWAYS had a cat (one even lived for 22 years) and I am really sorry to hear yours is so sick.  Do they know what is wrong?  My cat has been sick off and on probably as long as I have been sick and they really aren't sure what's wrong with her and told me to put her on a diet :(  Anyway, she has these "growths" under her skin along her spine.  I'm sending gentle hugs out to your kitty!
