I was seeing how you have been feeling? Atleast you are getting off xanax the right way. I take a 1/2 of a white xanax a month or every 2 months b/c of my anxiety.

Just a quick note to say hi!... How are you doing with the tapers. I am below .25 of my Klonopin, some very mild anxiety and sleepiness around 3:00, but that could be blood sugar. I will be glad when I get off this Klonopoison.

started drinking and doing drugs--went to treatment,and the feellings of depression started sinking in again so I decided it was time to visit the clinic again.Saw a different doctor this time that put me on Lamictal for a slight case of bipolar dissorder..It was very different..Somewhat of a mood stabilizer,didn't get to high or too low.The efexr made me feel alot more high and i liked that.I went back to the clinic and saw another doctor because the first doctor moved--she put me on both..nothing but bad headaches and side affects.Went back to the doc told her the deal and she told me to stop the lamictal and to just take the efxor..I've really messed up now because I upped my dose so fast I'm afraid to stop taking it..My legs twitch at night violently,jittered teeth,sweat,dissiness,

Happy Independence day! It's been a while since I've come back to this site....Hoping to launch my way back in. I'm having a bit of problems with my medication. This time around I uped my doses beyond the limit I was supposed to stay at and now I'm afraid it's not working properly. You see a year ago I started taking the Efexor Er and it worked like a dream. I was very depressed and suicidal..I mean nothing had ever gone or felt right since I was old enouph to remember! I couldn't afford the meds so I got a grant for a year where I got them free.

My eldest daughter actually sent me an e-card, and it said, "I love you, papa!" Remember my children have had nothing to do with me since my stint in the booby hatch? I swore that when they tried to get back together I'd tell 'em to go to heck, so of course I wrote her a thank you that said I love her too. Well, back to raising the final $200 Sweetling needs to move.. she's coming over today! I'm pretty sure Sweetling's husband will be making the move with her. I take 40mg of Prozac daily. Completely off the Xanax now as of Saturday. yesterday and today is the first time i've felt like myself since February. It was a great night for me. How are you doing?

Hugs and headbutts to your cats from mine. So that's what I felt - that little paw from your son's cat. Gave one of our cats a "Father's Day" treat lol Then the rest of them got it. Now the dogs are jealous but none of them have been mothers or fathers or I'd be buried in puppies. If you're losing track of how many days the weaning process is, you must be doing something right. It's still raining here - good for the grass and the plants, not much fun mopping up after the dogs come back in. Why do children and dogs always find the muddiest places and run through them?

Out of it I understand. I've been depressed and anxious ever since I can remember. Not doing too bad - it's raining but not cooling things off. Our "guard dog" - lol - is afraid of thunder. Gunshots don't bother him but thunder .... he runs and hides. TTYL
