hey hope your doing ok! I'd say im about 80% better. I still have trouble going certain places and still fear exercise a bit. how are you doing??

I have a feeling you will start to feel better, But I also think you may end up wanting to go up to 20mg. Hopefully it can be controlled with the 10mg, less is better. but if you need to move up dont be afraid to, 20mg is still al low dose for prozac. I take 80mg

i wish I could, but apperently 60mg of prozac mixed with klonopin makes me a happy person!
How are you feeling? Doing any better? Have you considered upping your dose of prozac to maybe 20mg?

hi thanks for your note, it is so worrying im back at my doctor on tues my hubby is coming to cause it needs sorting out i dont even live anymore just exist. let me know how the prozac goes im only on a beta-blocker im scared of takin tablets infact im scared of everything!! x

Hope your taking to the prozac well. the only side effect it gives me is an occasional headache but that may just be allergies too. Once your on it for a few weeks I think you will start to feel better. :) and don't feel scared to take 20mg, I take 40mg because 20mg wasn't working for me. 20mg is still a fairly low dose for prozac:)

Doing great on the prozac. I feel almost completely like myself again. I'm on 40mg a day now for about 2 weeks or so. i just hope i don't have to stay on it forever. But for now it really helps me

Just wanted to let you know I can relate. I suffer from major anxiety as well (also mostly in the mornings). Just wanted to say hello and lend any comfort I can. Hang in there. We WILL defeat this stuff.
