Just thought i'd say hello. Haven't been on here much lately i've been recording, and working on a new video. been really busy. but still have anxiety, and ocd. just try not to think about it as much as i can. but some days it still catch's up to you. no matter what you do.hope you are doing good. haven't had anymore test, but my wife get's insurance started the 19th of this month, then gonna try and get some more test. God bless!

don't know if you are interested but there is a sight i go to called www.anxietytribe.com it is also a great sight, a lot's more colorful than this one. and a lots of nice people there to. i told a couple of people on here about it, and they love it. just like here, you sign up and make a page. lots of people on that sight also.

it was my wifes birthday today, she was 42 we had 2 night's of celebrating at the club. everybody had a ball, it was great my daughters came and sang with me .hope the rest of the week is half as good, had one of the best times i have had in awhile. but a few days ago i was having a serious panic attack. anxiety coming and going.it's a funny thing got over anxiety for 23 years then it came back.

went to the doctor today he said he thought the tightness in my chest and the hard to breath might be my heart. you see i have a small blockage in the right artery of my heart. he gave me some nitro glycerine. said if it happened again take one . in about 2 monthe they want to do a stent. but i think it could be my anxiety because i've had this before it just lasted longer this time. been working on some videos with my band i have a band with 5 girls and me. it will be about 7 to 10 months before i start to release any of them. hope you are doing well. Complements? Facts, I believe. Oh, shucks, I'm not likely to feel better any time soon, I'm afraid I'm still in that valley, haven't started up the mountain yet. But the darkest hour is just before dawn, and like a lady friend said recently, I can take anything life throws at me. just wondering how you have been? had 3 good weeks without anxiety. then 2 days ago got this feeling like i cant get a good breath and a tightness in my chest. hope it's just my anxiety have had this before but not for this long. do you ever get anything like this? God bless!

They will get better. When I got divorced it was more fun than the so-called marriage ceremony. Went to lunch with some co-workers, the lawyer and the judge lol I'm looking for work too after too many years on Disability - depression and anxiety. Hope things are going well. Write anytime = )

Happy Mother's Day to you too! I hope it will be a good one. My sister does a "to die for" brunch with mimosa's and breakfast pizza, and several other dishes. I might be hurting, but I guarantee you that I will be just fine while I'm dining! LOL You have three sons that I am sure love you very much. Just a quick note to say hi! Wanted to let you know that the doctor now thinks that I have Fibromyalgia on top of everything else. Hey, that's me.....I can't have one thing.......that would be boring....I want it all LOL Hope you are doing okay today!

Thank you for thinking of me. I get so wrapped up in my own world of pain and doctors that I sometime forget about others. I hope that you are doing good today. Tomorrow at 11:00am I go see the pain management doctor and get some kind of shot similar to the steroid epidural. And then at 5:30 pm tomorrow I go see the Neurosurgeon. My pain mgmt doc says that I have multiple issues going on therefore will need different treatments for each. As of this week, my short term disability goes down to 60% of my pay. I cannot live like this much longer. Someone has got to get on the ball and do one of two things. They either need to tell me I am disabled and cannot work or they have to get me back to work. Sorry for rambling!
