Just a quick note to say hi! yea it would help if it told you when someone posted on a topic you started or if anyone posted something to you, but im just happy i found this site. just remember we are all here to you so keep you chin up and together we can all get thru this

a note is something you leave for just me a post is an open "chat" per say that anyone can conversate with you. you generally post when you want feedback. This is only my 3rd day here but it is so user freindly i got it somewhat figured out. Not as easy as myspace but its a total different atmosphere I really like the people.
