Mama has a pace maker and is barely walking. Both knees must be replaced and they will only do one at a time. She is getting all the things (little things, like skin checks, because she has had melanoma twice, once 34 years ago) and everything she ignored since Daddy was diagnosed with cancer in 2005) taken care of before she does the first hip. Her mind is sharp as it can be, but her heart is still broken. She and Daddy had been married for sixty years. I do what I can for her, but that is really very little. Hope you are having a SUPER day.

Thank you for everything! Been so slow! I got tonsilitis, right before the joy of having my three "stepping stone" grands, ages 7, 6 and 5 for 10 days. For now this apt and no yard, then the apartment above flooded! I guess it will take me a few weeks to catch my breath. You are just TOO young and pretty! Have you corrected the Vitamin D? Mine came right back in four months to 67.5, from 17.5, so my Sjogren's specialist put me on a 1000 units a day, I took the 1000 units faithfully, but three months later, she checked again and it was back down to 17.9, so back on the RX for the 50,000, and within 3 1/2 months, it was at almost 38, so she puts me back on the 1000 a day. Now, I don't trust it. I think my receptors are off due to the auto -immune disease. Are you having good luck?

Karen, I want to thank you for your response. My dermatologist gave me an initial diagnosis of lichen planus but later said the biopsy and the typical lacy pattern of lichen planus observed upon examination wasn't consistent of this diagnosis. I would like to discuss this further with you but have to go to sleep early tonight. Again, thank you for your response. Cheryl
