Cramps are normal! It just means that your ligaments are stretching and getting ready for baby! I'm glad to hear that everything is going well for you!!! :)

Its true. The heart starts beating at the end of 5 weeks but a lot of ultrasound techs cant picture up because its either hidden or they aren't very experienced or the equipment isn't that great. I was told during my 2nd pregnancy I was having a miscarriage and everything turned out okay. Keep faith because its still early and things could be perfectly alright! :)

I spotted one time during my miscarriage for like an hour. During my healthy pregnancy I bled worse than a period for 5 weeks straight. A lot of people miscarry and don't bleed or spot for weeks and that is why they didn't know they had miscarried.

If you aren't bleeding or getting horrible cramps and they see a heartbeat then I wouldn't be too concerned. You can always try calling the office and asking them how many bpm it was since they should have that on file somewhere. If it does turn out to be a miscarriage though the worst thing is that you may not realize it since it can take a while for your levels to go back down to 0. When I had a miscarriage the baby had died at 6 1/2 weeks but we didn't find out until 9 weeks and I ended up having to get a D&C to remove everything. Once that happened it took 4 weeks for my levels to return to 0 and for me to not have any pregnancy symptoms. If you have feel like anything is strange than contact your doctor right away. But honestly so far it doesn't sound that bad to me.
