Just thought i'd say hello. Haven't been on here much lately i've been recording, and working on a new video. been really busy. but still have anxiety, and ocd. just try not to think about it as much as i can. but some days it still catch's up to you. no matter what you do.hope you are doing good. don't know if you are interested but there is a sight i go to called www.anxietytribe.com it is also a great sight, a lot's more colorful than this one. and a lots of nice people there to. i told a couple of people on here about it, and they love it. just like here, you sign up and make a page. lots of people on that sight also.

Yes, I do miss Exeter. It had that nice small town community feeling. I wouldn't be too quick to blame some of your issues on your medications. I've been there and done that, stopping my medications because I felt they weren't working or that they were creating side effects that were overly bothersome. Well, when I stopped taking my medications I ended up in the hospital on all ocassions except one, and twice for attempted suicide. So, I usually recommend that individuals give their medications a chance to work and the side effects to dissipate(which they usually do). I hope you resolve your physiological issues since they only compound your psychological issues. I suffer from chromic pain which can throw me into a deep depression in no time. Have a good day! i'll say a prayer for you. every time i come to your page your smile always brightens my day. i know anxiety can make you have all kinds of feelings in your face and everywhere else. i get tingling feelings, shocking feelings,numbness feelins, some times feels like my face is burning, sometimes just on one side other times on bothe sides. one time my right eye started jumping and didn't stop for 4 whole months did it 24 hours a day. then one day just stoped. still does it some times though. you are a sweet person and God will take care of you.

it was my wifes birthday today, she was 42 we had 2 night's of celebrating at the club. everybody had a ball, it was great my daughters came and sang with me .hope the rest of the week is half as good, had one of the best times i have had in awhile. but a few days ago i was having a serious panic attack. anxiety coming and going.it's a funny thing got over anxiety for 23 years then it came back.

i've been playing music for 40 years. the only way i know to pay all the bills. lightening hit close to our house, and fried my computer,thats why i haven't been own this sight for a few days. had to build me a new one. i have 10 of them thank God! but when one goes out, i freak out and have to build another one. my wife says i just have to build a new one every year no matter what. hope you are doing good. went to the doctor today he said he thought the tightness in my chest and the hard to breath might be my heart. you see i have a small blockage in the right artery of my heart. he gave me some nitro glycerine. said if it happened again take one . in about 2 monthe they want to do a stent. but i think it could be my anxiety because i've had this before it just lasted longer this time. been working on some videos with my band i have a band with 5 girls and me. it will be about 7 to 10 months before i start to release any of them. hope you are doing well. just wondering how you have been? had 3 good weeks without anxiety. then 2 days ago got this feeling like i cant get a good breath and a tightness in my chest. hope it's just my anxiety have had this before but not for this long. do you ever get anything like this? God bless!
