Hi there Anne....................We are doing good...trying to stay dry! lol.....right now the rain has stopped.....chance of rain for the next few days and then we are suppose to have sun:) all week-end...maybe it will dry things out....our poor yard is standing in water:( lol............I just stay inside and forget it:( you take care.....J

They are all better and back in school....Tyler missed all last week..he was running high fever,but not exactly sick....We went and got our flu shot today:) It has been cool here and rainny:( I think Fall is coming early this year.....Take care....talk to you soon:) Jan

Hi Anne, yeah I got over the effects of my op in less than two weeks, just reaping the other effects now and thats me shrinking down 2 and a half stone now, seven inches of my hips so far, getting another fill next week so hope to see another drop. It was Thereses 50th bday party tonite I couldnt make it cos I had to work I was ragging. Hope ur well good to hear from you, Karen xxx

Okay...14 pounds...i guess i would like to loose almost a stone:) lol ............I have gotten so sluggish over the last months...i do pretty much watch what i eat(except the candy Bernie sent:( ............i rarely eat meat...i do love my fruits and veggies tho....I know i need more exercise,so i have a new plan now that i am on meds...and that is to walk more,eat healthy, and try to cut out stress:( I hope the Thyroid med. helps me get back on track.................you also have a nice week-end..Good Night...Jan

He is starting me out on 25mcg. ..and if we have to,we can always increase it....i hope i do fine on that low dosage...my sister is also on the same dosage as i am....and B/P pill too:) My niece takes a much higher dose than we do.....I can not loose weight...and i am hoping the thyroid getting back to normal will help me shed about 10 lbs...........how much is a stone? I use to know that,but forgot.

I am on Levothyroxine 25MCG for a TSH of 5.67........and the B/P med is Lisinopril/HCT 10/12.............

Hi Anne............I had my Dr's appt. Thursday...I am now on B/P med. and also Thyroid med.........I am so glad too!!!! Some days i just drag around,i want to feel normal again!! I have my Thyroid ultrasound on Sept. 8th(my daddy's birthday) to check for enlargement:( repeat bloodwork in 3 months...Hope you and Harry are doing good:) have a safe trip...we will miss you:( talk when you get back...Jen

Hi there...I am happy that you and Henry are enjoying his retirement:) That is all Troy talks about is retiring in 7 years...when he is 57,they pretty much say good bye and kick you out the door:( lol......he said he will still do his odd jobs tho:) for some extra income:) Summer did go fast....but i do have to say...i love this time of the year the best...FALL :) Take care...and talk to you soon:) Jan

thanks Anne i took all the trees down at the end of my garden !! so i planted two pink rose bushes for Tracey at the end of my back garden ,...and two for mark ,one red and one yellow ,....
