Hi,
Saw your mood and am SO glad you are feeling so well. What a treat for your family as well as you to enjoy some time together without health issues being at the forefront! Just remember to not do too much in preparation for their visit so you will stay in this wonderful state of health!
Happy hugs to you,
Ren

Hi there, just saw the note and wanted to say hi! I am very busy and loving life to the fullest. my health is good (as excpected- you understand)- I am out of my braces except at work. that is proving to be an "adventure" as I do tend to trip.... so I'm not sure if it's wise yet or not, but my braces are hurting my feet so it's a nice break and an excercise in wisdom were to take the next step. I'm having a lot of fun at my jobs and sometime when I have a moment I will write you a full letter about it! -Sunny

No worries re: the mix up. It is hard to keep track of everyone's comings and goings here. Thanks for your note, I really appreciate the sentiment.

Hi Julie,
I hope your pulmonary appointment goes well and you can avoid the steroids. Will be sending good thoughts your way!
Name the date and I'd be glad to go to DC and meet up with you. I'm sure there are others in the area as well.

Join the club of wistful housekeepers who wish they could hire someone else to do it!
Actually, I shouldn't complain...hubby helps with the housework a lot ...just not the way I would it but he DOES help. Got a keeper. If he can put up with me for 33 years, I can tolerate his "faults" at house cleaning.
Nov 22
Somewhere there must be at least one hubby who does more than carryout the trash, but it sure isn't in my house either! :-)
Nov 22
If you manage to get you one of those housekeepers - send her my way! I'm going to hit it hard today, but already behind schedule and out of steam! - shell

Maybe we could find a coupon for buy one get one free Housekeepe r - I could use one too. Or a husband who will help..... LOL

Hi, Julie, I was on the clear liquid diet as preparation for my first colonoscopy, which was done yesterday. I had to continue it for an extra day, since one of the four polyps they removed was quite large and there's a little extra risk of bleeding. Today I'm upgraded to a "light" diet; I'm not sure what that means, probably small amounts of easy-to-digest food, since she said I can't go back to my usual high-fiber diet yet. Other than that, I've been dealing with the side-effects of the Avonex and trying to accomplish necessary and/or fun stuff on good days. Oh, no, I just looked down and saw that your hubby is being deployed again; I'm so sorry. Doggone anesthesia leftovers, I'm a little weepy. I thought he was home for good!
Love & Hugs, Kathy

At least the deployment date is after the new year if one is to find a silver lining in all of this. You will remain in my thoughts as you work through yet another deployment. Holler (sorry, southern term) if there is anything I can do besides that.
Hugs,
Ren

NO! This is totally wrong to send him back again and again. This has to be as hard for him as it is for you. love to you both, L

Hi Julie,
Sending comforting hugs to you during this sad time. When is his deployment date? I hope it isn't too soon.
Take care of yourself!
With many heartfelt hugs,

I'm happy to hear you have dodged the H1N1 for now. Sorry about the breathing and steroids but it sounds like its time for them. I know no one likes the steroids but the other options aren't acceptable either. Hang in there!
Knock on wood, the vertigo is 99.9% gone. I still have fleeting moments of it but they pass quickly.
One day at a time...
Sending loads of feel better hugs,
Ren

I keep thinking "am I really out of limboland?" Quix assured me that I am indeed diagnosed, as did others. The Avonex should be better at slowing any cognitive disability; he called it his #1 of the first-line defense. Now he waves off the possibility of depression; we'll watch for and treat it if necessary. :o) Ohh, we have a wind and rain storm blowing in; perfect fall weather, cascading the gorgeous leaves from the trees. Of course, the grounds crew just cleaned them up today, lol!

You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. I hope your testing wasn't too awful and that the results weren't discouraging.
