I started 4/19 at 143 and ended 5/19 at 128 and then had to keep eating the 500 cal for 3 more days I still have to go until6/12 with no sugar and not starch (I have cheated a very little), had new potatoes in snap beans 1 day) but as of today I am still 128 I plan to DRINK a lot more water until the end and see if that helps ...I really wanted to be at 125 lbx. how are you doing?

It is a theory that CFS, fibro, ms and many other diseases or conditions can be a direct result of lyme disease. you tube has some good videos. 'under our skin' and others.

Just wanted to let you know...you said you weren't sure if the black outs were part of your illness.
In 2002, I would have similar episodes...I would be in the shower and would just fade to black and fall in the shower, come to and think I was okay and seconds later black out again....it was the weirdest thing.
I had Lyme disease, epstein bar virus, and parvovirus all at once. You might have your Dr. look into it.

Welcome to the forum I think you will find it is a great place for support and to make good friends. You probably tried looking at the SSDI & SSI Health page during the time I was trying to post it. well i actually mentioned it to my doctor last week all she did was bend me over n poke me in my bk for a few mins and just printed out a sheet with back excersises on it so im not sure what to think of it really but better to b safe thn sorry

i dont think it is a pilonidal cyst because it not a bump or a cyst or anything like tht it just a pain tht seems to b from my coccyx it odd it doesny happen alot but when it does its painful and i sometime have problems walkin and bendin down etc but i definatly know there isnt a lump or anything like tht so i just dont know any other ideas

I saw your post about having strange things happening with your tongue. I have had a numb tongue since Jule. I also have had numbness from head to toe - mostly on one side but sometimes on the left (feels like I just got out of the dentists office & have been numbed up). I have muscle twitches all over my body also along with urinary urgency like I have to go now & in 2 seconds I will be peeing my pants - oh joy!
