Just a quick note to say hi how ya doing? I am ******, .back to the bottle. I, like you live with my demons and having hepc is only a catalyst to bigger and better problems. I am going tio mexico in march because I know tha this is my last journey for good. One knows when they are going out.. I have always been positive but I no longer have the oomph Take care.

Just a quick note to say hi!With the hot weather here in the Okanagan, I try to be outside as much as possible. We are having Peachfest in Penticton this week-end so will probably go listen to some bands and gorge on carny food for a day. My son and daughter in law live in Penticton as well so its good to have family nearby. What part of Van are you from? I come down there once in awhile so could get together for a coffee when I do.I. Anyhow, you seem to have a positive outlook on life. Just remember to always try to see the cup half full.Its hard but life is hard sometimes.I have run the gamut on treatments and lost so am just living day to day and praying for a cure. Its hard reading about the suffering of others on here 'cause I know how tough this dragon is to slay.

Thank you for checking on me. I haven't been on in forever since things are so hectic. My brother left a week after we gave our notice, and boy is that a story! We finally got approved for a new place and move at the end of the week. I'm holding up, though, and trying to keep my head up, too.  :)

You deserve a big bear hug!  Time to fight back and chase the blues.  You know you can do it!

Hi..sorry I haven't gotten back to you lately. Summers here and I am on the go. Life is short and try to enjoy each day seeings how the doctors tell me that there is nothing more they can do for me until my liver starts to fail. Fun eh? I would love to sue the tattoo parlour in Van. that gave me the tattoo with the hep c on the needle. This was many years ago when they only sterilized the needles. Yeah right! I never knew I had hep c until twenty years later.I have tried every treatment available and nothing worked. Anyhow, enough of me, how are you? I am struggling with having alcohol as well. I live in wine country (Okanagan valley) and love the stuff but I do have a glass now and then and know that I shouldn't. Have you been travelling much?Keep in touch.

Time for a celebration...  Congrats on your sobriety.  What an absolutely wonderful accomplishment you have made.  You really should be quite proud of yourself since this was a very hard addictiction to break and you did it!!  This just speaks volumes about your inner resolve!  Take good care of yourself.

Congratulations! Time for a celebration...  On you mood comment, at least you recognized you were in self-pity mode when you wrote it.  That is a start.  When you get you bp under control life will be so much easier you won't believe it!  It is worth fighting for.

Just a quick note to say hi! glad to hear that you are doing a bit better. baby steps! my tdoc is retiring (after over six years of seeig her so finding this difficult to process. can't get hold of pdoc even though he told me to call h im at 7.00pm yesterday. hope things continue to improve for you.

You deserve a big bear hug! thank you for responses in my post. hope your stess levels have reduced too. pdoc gave me meds to help with twitching etc. let me know how you are. thanks.
