Just a quick note to say hi! Thanks for being my friend... I'm not really new to this site, I've been on for about 3 weeks now.My son was cleaning up my computer and it deleted my PW for med help. So in order to get back on I had to reset my password, and it somehow made me a new member... I loved my vickes too and miss them terribly, I have 16 days clean, and it's so hard BC my husband is still taking them. Sometimes it helps to see him so stoned out. He takes klonipin with them, so he gets pretty bad. It's also hard BC he's not supportive. He actually tries to encourage me to just take one it won't get you started taking them again....Tried that, it's a lie. Thanks for being my friend, I don't get too many notes, and it's encouraging when I do.

Read your post ,yes keep on hanging on I found that i had to change everything my whole life style and now I am 270 some odd days clean!!!.Aftercare is the answer,

hey there just wanted to say hi ....we are going to get the heavy rain too...dont you love it??? but the ground is frozen here so they are talking about flooding ..always something.....you are almost at the better part where the wds are less and less..

My bad. Congratulations on 12 days clean!!! I am 9 days clean from the oxy's and also cigarettes. I must have got the two mixed up. I shouldn't use the computer with coffee in the morning LOL. I hope you had more peace throughout the day.
