Just a quick note to say hi! It is still hard. I worked in the Veterinary field for over 20 years and I still find it hard. I have one I have had 11years, one 10 years. They are both old and wobbly. Hang in there.

You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today.

I am so sorry to hear you have all made the decision to put your beloved pet down today. It is always a difficult decision even when it is the most humane thing to do. The memory of your pet will always be there so he is never gone from your heart and mind. Love and hugs. Julie

You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. I am so sorry, I know how awful this is for you because I had to put my second cat to sleep last week. I lost both of them in one month over past a year. Only time will ease the pain of this loss. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you..{{{~!~}}}DJ

Just a quick note to say hi!
Hi Jessica, I've written a note or two but unsure if you ever rec'd them. Really hoping you are well. I am good. "Could be worse" I'm not good at negotiating this site. I never feel that I ackomplish what I intend. My nickname Aliveinme may seem as if I'm talking about the MS being alive in me. I meant something very different.
God bless you.

Sorry not been around much. I would not advise anyone to take oral Medrol, with the IV at least it is dripped slowly into your body over a period of 3 hours, but with the tablet form it really hits you hard - racing heart, sugar through the roof etc., but it happens so fast it's scary. I just found your post after trolling back through postings and I knew you mentioned about SS saying that fever and chills will now be mentioned - this is good news as when I had this reaction my Doc and Neuro thought I was over reacting - yeah right they weren't the one on the receiving end.
Tried to google it, but no mention of it so far???
Have a good day,
Love,

Just a quick note to say hi!
Hi. Jessica, Did my last "note" not get through b/c I forgot to log in? Probably.I did go to a new neuro after returning from MT. He did not like LDN so I went off and went back on. I do think there is a slight improvement with it. He did hear of secondary progressive patients having that bad reaction. So there. He wants me to go on the MS web site and decide what I want to do. Why bother going to the doctors at all? Hope you are well.

Just a quick note to say hi! been ok over the bank holiday weekend even made it out without the wheelchair which is a bonus still fighting to get a dx gp moving away from ms again!! and got me going to a neuromuscular specialist now in london in june. i get the results from my old neuro had mri and cspine and brain done no contrast though he refused but he said he doubts there be anything and we ought to think about this being in my head lol knew that was coming. i have a new growing sx posted earlier a numb patch there all the time from my hip to my buttock left side and on the edges it hurts when i lay on it and the numbness spreads but once i dont lay on it it stops but a area the size of a dinner plate its there all the time it used to be the size of my thumb. How are you hun?

Hi. No hand pain, I'm glad to say. Just leg stuff, which is no worse on less Lyrica. Will keep you posted. And you're right, this bears more attention. ess

Hi, I just came across your page through the MS forum, I am not yet Dx, but am on my way. It's been a journey. I am studying to become a nurse and hopefully work with cancer patients, and I saw you had breast cancer as well as MS. I felt compelled to say hi and that it was inspiring to come across your site!
Blessings,

Hi Khiba, I'm not sure I know quite how to negotiate this site. I'm hoping you will get this. You are the only person I know of who has had the same copaxone experience as I have. I did bite the bullet and inject again on 5/1. 4-5 hrs after injection I was in bed and pretty much down until the next morning. This confirmed to me that it was the drug and not the MS. I have not injected again. I hope you will share what your neurologyst tells you during your upcoming appt. I told the SS nurse about my experience. She claimed she had never heard of such a thing. I will go see a different neurologyst on 6/2. I need an unbiased expert opinion. He might be able to provide that.

Haven't been on the computer very much, can't sit for very long anymore. Dr. won't give any changes in meds, but I blew out my disk, OUCH! BUT- now has referred to a spec. - something I could not do B-4. Even though work comp has settled- nobody wanted to take me! So- it's good and bad. How are things with you? Enjoying the nice HOT weather?
Thanks for the note- and I hope this finds you pain free and in good spirits!
Gotta get off my butt here, it smarts! See the surgeon on Monday. We'll see........

Hey girl...wow the 90's...I don't miss that but I am sure we will have to deal with a heat wave sometime this summer as usual. We are cleaning the 5th wheel today and I will start packing it tomorrow...it's only 1 week on Tuesday that we leave and we are looking forward to it for sure! We had a bonfire at a friends last night but it was pretty chilly so I think I will pack the long underwear just in case! Hope you are doing well and will chat soon!
Lots of Hugs,

Hey Jessica...as I speak it is SNOWING LIKE IT'S THE MIDDLE OF WINTER!!! Arrrrgh!!!! Its a wet snow so it won't stick around but we will be very lucky if the lake is thawed by the time we plan to go to the lake on May 20th. We want to get it out at a local lake prior to May but we will have to see what mother nature has to say about that! I am suffering from severe fatigue today and that damn ice pick pain is trying to sneak into my head so I am going to take an Oxy and lie down for a while. How are you making out my dear? Thanks for dropping me a line...it's nice to know that someone is thinking of me! hehe
Lots of Hugs,
Rena

Just a quick note to say hi! Khiba, I can't believe I just found you on MedHelp. I just wrote you a note today about missing you and then I saw your post. I haven't seen you post there before for some reason. Your picture looked different too. I just uploaded my Inspire pic to MedHelp even though it's about 5 years old. I need to update that but no one takes my picture - afraid it'd break their camera no doubt. Glad to find you again and hope to catch up. I've tried to keep track of both sites, but the MS site on Inspire in pretty dead. The GI forum is still active though. Anyway, I look forward to continued chatting. Blessings, Jan

Just wanted to say thanks for the nice comment on my journal. I left you a short response there. Those spinal lesions are nasty things, that's for sure. Did you see Quix's new health page on them? PS I like your flower pics.
