Hi there, I haven't actually "met" you yet on the forum, i've been hit and miss due to my computer and internet being in and out... but I wanted to say "hello" and of course, welcome to the forum. I hope that you've enjoyed it here, and gotten to know our wonderful group of friends, and plan on staying around. :) Take time to check out the Health Page link at the top right of the Forum and Threads, these pages are FULL of great info!!
