That's cool! I'm not too good at running. I usually just walk on our treadmill. I'm doing pretty good. A few guys problems but besides that school and everything else is pretty good.

Just a quick note to say hi!Hi~I am having these weird "skipped" heart beats and they feel so strange. I have had them before, but this time, it seems like they are lasting longer. Thanks for your sweet comment.

yeah that is what started it all I had a constant head ache that if I would cough or sneeze or strain in any way would debilitate me and I would loose all visual focus as if I was blacking out. My neck and shoulder hurt and at times it would feel like they were on fire from the inside out. I am always dizzy, the world around me spins as if I just got off of an amusement park ride. my hands and feet are numb like they fell asleep from laying on them too long, and this happens from just sitting or walking or something doing nothing at all. these are the main symptoms but I could go on there are so many. The nausea comes and goes depending on the severity of the pain or the spinning. I can't sleep most days and then other days I can't get up. and this is the simple version LOL
