Thanks! I'm working out everyday for an hour or more. I also eat smaller portions and I have cut out all sugar.

Thank you for everything! You are doing a very good job in loosing weight -- slowly and steady. My "diet" is the well known eating smaller portions but more often, getting of sugar and moving. It sounds so easy but it is not so easy to put into practice :-)
