Hello Aaron :) we have not spoken in awhile.. I hope things are well with you and your back is holding up. My surgery is over.. 7 days into healing :) doing well with meds very grateful I released control.. I miss hearing from you and Hope I do soon.. I bet you miss your garden and fishing.. Just a quick note to say hi! Don't you hurt that back on that new job. Bend those knees and use good body mechanics. If you have to, use a brace when you lift. Bad back pain can =bad things. Hope your head is better...not like you yo be down. Keep posting if you get in trouble. Love ya outie
