Just a note...Noticed you've helpfully responded to a number of questions. Ive been away from community resettling my home. Should you want someone to correspond with, check me out. As Ive lived with this diagnosis for quite a few years, I may have some helpful ideas. Hope you are felling better today...

Wanted to let you know that I agree w/ you about my mood tracker and how I scowl at that stupid smiley everytime I get on to track my bad day...is it supposed to make me smile?

Just a quick note to say hi! Hi, HoneyNut! I just stopped by to say hi and see if you really are falling. I can't find the post and I'll listen if you need me to. When I had the last big deep, in bed, fetal, I discovered something. I have always loved Psalm 40, He lifts me up and places my feet on firm foundation. I realized in the last depression where I was afraid of falling so deep that I would go catatonic. But my realization was, God holds me in the palm of His hand and He will always fall first and experience the next down, first. You are in good hands, and mail me if you want to talk. zzzmykids
