Thats what happened to me. I was sure I put them on the fridge, I got so freaked out, I started crying, then my husband started to help me look, and then realized he had left them in the car. It was the day before I was thinking of, and got it mixed up with that day, it really freaked me out! I thought my meds had stopped working. I was in severe panic mode.
My husband said, thats what happens when you get old and get alzheimers, which didnt help...Im not that old...LOL

I gest got done talking to someone about this same issue with the brain zaps...mine seem to come during twilite sleep...........and then BAM It zaps the *******out of me.

I never thought of it as an anxiety attack, but your right. I dont know, I dont like games like that, or rides stuff that makes me have to rush, I get frustrated, and usually freak out. Knowing that now, I prob shouldnt have played while I was preggo, since I was a high risk.
Now I am getting anxiety about going to the Dr's tomorrow - the car might break down, or run out of gas, plus all those germs in the office - I know its not realistic, but its in my thick head.

That happened to my husband, he was driving around the track and all of a sudden the car wouldnt turn, no matter what he did - the stupid steering wheel almost was thrown over the balcony.

My guy was playing Fallout 3, then he bought the new Forza 3, but it has all kinds of bugs in it. He has had it with microsoft products, he keeps saying he is going to get a PS3.
I dont play any games. I am already anxious enough. Actually when I was pregnant a long time ago, I tried playing Mario Bros (thats how long ago), and I got so anxious I went into labour early, so the Dr's told me not to do that again...LOL

I am always tired on these meds Im on, but I drink a lot of coffee in the morning to get going..LOL
I live in Canada, so yesterday was just another day for me.
That was really nice of you to get the soy milk, very considerate.
I am feeling like crap today, but Im glad I dont have to work, I wouldnt be able to. I have a killer migraine going on, and pain in my back, plus I had insomnia last night - kept taking Clonazepam, but it didnt kick in until around 3 and then I was up at 7.

I always try to stay within the 800 characters. Yes, we celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary.
Went to MA to visit MOM....as you can see I'm not well verse in texting.
MA = Massachusetts & MOM = Mommy = Mother
I love the fall colors and the weather during October.
They do have deer hunting so we have to wear red when we wander through the trails.
My mother loves to cook so we fixed up her bathroom and went hiking to keep the wait off.
It's so easy to gain weight if you idle around.

Love your photos! How are you doing? I'm doing okay...I think my meds are starting to kick because I waking up in a good mood. How do you write your journals in your tracker? I figure I write mine end of the day to give a overall synopsis. Celebrated my 24th wedding yesterday! Gee! I can't believe it. It wasn't long ago I was dating this odd ball guy:) We went to Outback Steakhouse and I bought him more tools at the mall. We went to MA to see MOM last October to see the fall colors; I had to reward him for fixing things around her house. Have a good day!

Thank you for your words. They mean a lot to me. It hurts, he says he will still be here for me and the baby he just feels that right now we would be better off apart from me. He says he is still going to come to the ultrasounds and everything. It just hurt right now that he broke up with me after a year of I love yous and such. He told me that his grandma told him "If you love someone let it go and if yall get back together that's how you know it's real....."

Well since I am in the apt. all day almost everyday, Im hoping my chances of getting it are slim. The only problem is when I go see the Dr., then you are surrounded by sick people.
My husbands Dr removed all the magazines from his office, and kids toys in case they get the virus from them.
With all my other issues, getting the flu is not something I want to deal with.
