About Me: Male, IN, member since Mar 2005
I had an RF ablation in 2004 and eliminated Wolf Parkinsons White syndrome from my list of idiosyncrosies.  However, I have some insidious not sustained VT (10 beats or less recorded) and some not sustained SVT that may be due to the RF ablation, or due to some other he ... [More] art anomaly that was not apparent before the ablation. The appearance of VT after the ablation was quite stressful for several months until we learned more about it. The symptoms are not limiting me or posing a huge risk to me at the moment. I am an avid runner and run as much or more than I did before we dx'd the issue.

Just a quick note to say hi! I had always thought that the underlying cause of SVT wasn't genetic. Perhaps I was given the wrong information. In my case, nobody in my family had AVNRT which is what I was born with . I was never told I should watch for this in my children. Hopefully, it isn't genetic.
