Joey is so cute. I wish they stayed that little longer. Now I have to catch my kids to get hugs & kisses. It's tough now that they move a lot faster than me. LOL

Just a quick note to say hi! i am 5'9 and my normal weight is 180-185. The Dr wants me at 150 but never haven't been there since high school..lol. anything over 190 and I feel fat. So now that I am 230 and hate myself! but I am going to try the CAD diet and see what happens. Good Luck! Cute baby!

You deserve a big bear hug! Be proud of those Morals and Values! Too few of those these days. Obviously, if you don't need integrity to achieve the highest office in the Land...there's trouble a'plenty! But, that makes me sound OLD! LOL! TOO BAD, huh? It's the Truth. Hey, I haven't been online much. Going through some rotten fatigue. If I ever get it figured out, I'll be a better "friend". Take care and I'll be around some day, hopefully!

Hi! I see you joined WL&D. I haven't been around much lately, but SO happy to see a new face. I also saw your great comments on the Obama thread on the Social forum.
