I understand where you coming from. You had to learn those habits somewhere and you have re-train yourself not to be that way especially if your bipolar. Your expending your energies in the wasteful manner that will only make you sick especially when people don't appreciate your concerns. They like to use other people and have no concern if they drain you dry. They don't say thank you or anything so why bother!
It's good to be compassionate and helpful but don't make it into a obsession of it.
Develop a radar for negative people because they will drag you down.
Trust your gut feelings because they're usually right.
Develop awareness for positive people. Train yourself to target into healthy relationships.
That's how you can use your other side of your sensitivity.

Just wanted to let you all know... This is for everyone who is suffering and is going through depression... No doctor, no one can help you with all that you are going through. The ONLY one who has a cure for you is Jesus. He is the only one who will bring you joy in your time of sadness. He will give you peace. He will fill your life of all these things. You are not alone. Once you let him in your life you will see that he will fill the void that you feel in your life. Once you have him in your life you will never be the same again. All those symtoms that you have is that your soul is empty and you need God to fill that emptiness in your life.

Hope you feel better soon! Good to see bellalaura's posting again. She's hanging on in & that's great, she needs all the support she can get. How are you doing?All's good here. Are you happier in summer?Summer seems to make people friendlier, more willing to return greetings etc. Have accepted that I'm stuck with my condition & am making the best I can of it ~ which is fine. Few lives are perfect & if we can help others when they're down it's likely that they will help us if we go down too. Life's great! We only get this one shot, so it's up to us to try to make it as interesting & enjoyable as we can. Best wishes, George

Yeah, i had a big day today. had a lot of legal issues to take care of.... got tons done. My friend droe me around allll day. Biggg sigh. Pray for me that legal aid will take my case. Im low income. i havent a dime so they should not turn me away..... ug.

thank you for that note. Im just battling him on it because everything you said is what i dont want to happen. like I dont want people breathing down my neck concerned that one bad move might make me relapse or something. And also, a part of me ( i think) wants to be able to go back to it one day. But thank you for that advice, I know you know ten times better than me and im prob just tryin to rationalize or something like that lol.

He has me on dicyclomine 10mg that you take 30minutes before 2 main meals aday it shrinks your stomach so you stay full,also phentermine 37.5mg and metformin 500mg. 3times aday.he said metformin is for diebetics but also doctors use it for weight loss .

Hi, I am so excited for you. Get yourself ready. When my daughter was in labor the nurse looked over at me and aked if I was alright. I was totally exhausted but at the same time on top of the world.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me. I am new on here and still learning how things work. I have four grandchildren and helped in the delivery of one of them. Other than the birth of your own child, it is the most amazing experience ever. You are going to love being a grandma.

my 15 year old said its not that bad mom, we have a cell ph.... wow.
i went over to the churches today. Im working with them.
im talking to a guy friend here in the area. a firefighter. he's lifing my spirits.
not that i am the least bit intrested in orcan even be a round a man.
