Thank you for everything! Thanks for being there for me :) I love getting your notes. Not been poorly, just ashamed of myself for eating badly. Feeling positive today though. I'm back on potatoes, but only a little bit now and then as I had a reaction when I first tried one after avoiding them for 2 weeks. I think that and the wheat is a problem and possibly yeast, but it would be so hard to give these things up permenantly. I'm taking iron and vit b suppliments also evening primrose oil at the moment and they seem to be working. Feeling much more energized :D xxx

Just a quick note to say hi! Yes, I spoke with my hairdresser. I left a comment after you on my journal for that day. I thought you would see it. She said she didn't think it would work and I should go to the doctor again before I try it. We'll see I guess. I'm going to make an appointment with a new doctor a friend told me about. It might be a while before I get in.

Greetings! I am studying to become a "Fitness Specialist" and will become certified through the American College of Sports Medicine! Therefore, I need to be consistent with my exercise routine and stay fit and healthy. I just turned 50 years old and look better and am more fit than gals half my age! I'm glad your knee is improving, the cuff sounds a good idea, hopefully you'll be back to doing starjumps again soon! Yes, I've had a lovely couple of days, feeling a bit flat now and a bit knackered (was quite a journey to my friends the other day). Fairy Cakes are little sponge cakes in paper cases with icing on the top, very yummy. Am watching out for your scale score today, good luck. xx

Hey! I just found out that I will start participating with the band at church! I emailed Lisa and asked her to let me know if they ever needed someone to fill in and she said they'd like for me to participate regularly! And tell Dad that I think I'll get to play the violin and mandolin too! I'm really happy!
