Welcome to the Dermatology forum! This forum is for questions regarding Dermatology issues, such as: skin rashes, acne, birthmarks, skin infections, and general skin care.
I'm 34 years old man and I'm developing syringoma on the skin around my eyes since I was about 16. Different doctors said me that there are 3 kinds of treatment: using an electric needle, using lasers (like CO2) for the small ones and cutting off each tumor with a knife. Could you please tell me the pros and cons of each of these three kinds of treatment? Is there anyone better than others?
Thank you in advance.

Noe of them is all that good. I usually use the electric needle. Some doctors with a lot of CO2 laser experience say that works well. It probably depends more on the experience of the particular doctor than on the technique. I'd find someone who has done may cases of this specific condition, get another opinion, then decide whether to go ahead.
Best.
