Heather3418Way to go, little momma. Hope the weeks pass quickly for you now. Are you feeling the baby kick alot now? Can't wait for your boyfriend to be able to feel it, outside your tummy.
Had another checkup of my cervix and it's shortened again. It's a bit of a worry but it's still longer than what it was before the stitch. Please let it hold.

dscoqnThanks ladies, I am def trying to stay of my feet as much as possible. We have stairs in our house unfortunately but am trying to only use them a couple of times a day. JennaRie - how short did your cervix get when they put you on hospital bedrest??
hopeitworksI am p raying for you both, rest is very important and will help. You have the right idea. And yes avouding the stairs are much as you can is wise
JennaRieI was 29 weeks at the time, so too far along to do a cerclage, so I think that's why they admitted me. They were shocked I did not give birth that night!
Heather3418I really believe that over here in the United States that an OB would admit you to the hospital for the remainder of the pregnancy. With your history, I don't think they would take any chances. I have heard SO many MedHelp mothers that have had cerclages, say that the more they stayed off their feet with their feet raised, the longer their cervix stayed right where it was. The fact that yours has shortened again, may be a sign that you are still doing too much. Rest little momma. Rest all that you can. I hope you have a bathroom downstairs, so you don't have to climb a flight of stairs to piddle. We love you and we are keeping you and Hunter in our prayers.
Heather3418Even though we know that Hunter has been moving around in his little nest for sometime, it's so cool when mommie is able to feel that movement. I suspect that you will be feeling him alot more from now on. With my first baby, (a boy) I felt kicks at around 16 weeks, since I was so thin back then. With my daughter I felt her little kicks at around 18 weeks. That's the biggest thing I miss about being pregnant. It's a feeling a mother just can't describe to someone that has never felt it before. It's just awesome. You really start to connect with the baby, once he starts moving, I believe.
Heather3418Okay Hunter, it's almost time for you to kick hard enough for Daddy to share in this experience, too. I wish I was a fly on the wall, to see his face, the first time he feels Hunter kicking. I would probably cry with happiness....for both of you.
dscoqnAwww thanks Heather, you are making me cry here :)
I'm still only feeling little movements here and there - nothing major yet. I'm getting impatient - I want to feel big kicks LOL
Heather3418This is the best news I've had all week. I'm so glad that things are going well for you and Hunter. The weeks are clicking away and I am sure you are getting excited for your due date to get here. Can't wait to see what little Hunter looks like.....Enjoy your fantastic news, little momma.
