krichar Hahaha... I had to look where you guys are from just to see... My boys go out to play in -20C (-4F) but if we didn't we wouldn't get outside foe weeks at a time, the joys of being in the great white north, lol!!

retta483 I live in Guatay its in the moutains of San Diego California :) we get snow but  mostly feb/march the snow right now is a dusting that melts quickly. the coldest its gotten was 14 degrees the minus 20 that would be hard !  it gets pretty hot in the summer

retta483 they have a sled to play with but wasn't enough snow yet that wont happen until feb /march :)

krichar Nice!! We have snow from like October- march and freak storms in between but it usually melts right away... It's never a true may long weekend unless it snows, hahaha!!

retta483 thanks  im doing better now that i started now my dd has major pms fish oil pills is as far as i go with sea food lol but i just started taking epo maybe that will help

my back stinkin hurts :( I dont know how it happend but I have a pinched nerve or muscle ?? on my side . My dh is home from work to help me with kids because yesterday I was in so much pain . May 17 - 5

Des_a_rae My goodness ladies.  I hope you both get better soon! I've had my share of pulled muscles in my back. They're an absolute pain.  I've had one under my b00b (yes I know..crazy huh??)  but it hurt so bad I was having to take mini breaths, I coudln't breathe deep at all and wound up going to the dr.  They fixed it thank goodness.  I laid on the table, belly down and he (HA freak!) laid on my back, grabbed the table and squeezed us both against the table (so hard to explain lol) but anyways, that helped soo much!!   Hope you both get better soon!!  Rest is the best, but I know..easier said than done!

retta483 Thanks ladies , I got muscle relaxers and ibu 800 mg I was sorta trying not to take meds but I have to my dh stayed home today to help can't even bd this cycle is already a darn bust so I guess I would rather not be in pain . I don't know what I did but

retta483 It is the pits lol . Then some rude lady in Costco said are all of the boys yours I said yes and she said quit havering babies you will not get a girl .  I said I have a girl and I can have more babies if I please gosh some ppl are so darn rude !!!

Des_a_rae Oh my lord, Retta!!  It would've been worth rehurting(if that's even a word) myself to bust her in the mouth!!  Lordy mercy, some people are soo rude.  I hope you have a heating pad..that can help also!!  Hope you feel better soon!!
