Sheaby The water part I can do, but the keeping my feet up part I can't :(  I go to school full time AND work full time.  I don't get to relax again until Saturday.  I'm almost at the end of my semester, and I won't have any leave time at work til May.

Kimberleigh2208 I know there are so many "what ifs" probably going through your mind but I am just going to pray for peace and comfort for you (and little baby of course) so you can get through the week more easily!  Our thoughts are with you and little beanie for this to resolve quickly so you can stop worrying honey!

Sheaby Thanks Kimberleigh.  I don't really know what to do right now.  Still having the discharge, still cramping, and still petrified.  Just hoping its all "normal" and not impending m/c.

Hollus Maybe you can start a business from home. Then you could be working and stay home!

Sheaby I start school next month, but it's only 6 hours a week total.  I wouldn't know what kind of business to start from home - though DH is buying into a business now so I may be a SAHM for quite a while!

Hollus School might help with the boredom. My aunt has a business on Ebay making quilts and other crafts. I also had a friend that used to sell her babies clothes as she grew out of them. She sold them on Ebay and made some good money that way. You could also check around with local businesses to see if there are any work from home positions you could do. There are more and more of them available as our world gets more techy!! Good luck!!

Trying to find ways to increase milk production.  The tea and dark beer didn't work, already drinking tons of water - now on "lactation support" from whole foods.  Hope this works so I can build up a stash!! Jul 23 - 8

Sheaby The lactation support supplement I'm on has fenugreek seed in it.  I'm taking that, putting brewers yeast and flax on my steel cut oats, drinking gatorade...doing everything I can and still only getting 4-5 oz per pump.  It keeps up with her, which is all

Sheaby that really matters to me.  I would like to build up a stash in the freezer in case of an emergency or to donate to my local milk bank - but feeding Kathryn is my top priority!

krichar Shea... I was never able to pump much... I gave up and just nursed... He never went hungry.... They say to actually nurse to bring up supply, stimulates more than pumping... Do
You have to go back to work? I keep forgetting Americans only have 6wk mat

Sheaby She does nurse (is right now!), but the bottles are easier at night and for DH to feed her.  I'm not going back to work for now - but I am going back to school next month a few hours a week.  Between nursing and pumping though, it's tiring!

KTowne I agree with krichar I never could pump more than 2 ozs between both breasts, but my supply was fine, I ebfed until 13 monhs, just couldn't pump. Also sometimes straight doses of fenugreek, like pill form, might help more than a mixed supplement

During tummy time, Kathryn rolls over from belly to back.  Isn't it WAY too early for that?  She's done it several times so I don't think it was an accident!! Jul 19 - 4

Heather3418 No. it's not too early.  She's a smart baby.  I wouldn't expect anything less from her.  Way to go Kathryn.  You're the champ.  Look out momma, she will probably crawl early and walk early.  Thank you for all the precious and beautiful pictures of Kathryn.  She is a very expressive and gorgeous, baby girl.  She's growing up too fast though.  Tell her to slow down a little bit, momma.  Keep taking the pictures momma.  When our children are born and growing up, we can never take too many pictures.  Pictures are priceless.  How are you feeling, little momma?  How well are you bouncing back from your c-section?

Sheaby Thanks ladies!!  Heather, I am feeling wonderful, and ready to start working out again!!!  But, I will at least wait until my 6 week follow up before I start anything too strenuous.  Scar has healed beautifully, and we are completely mobile!!
