Sherri90049 Also, maybe have your thyroid checked. I was having full on menopause symptoms, but after detoxing and treating my thyroid all those symptoms are gone. Your TSH should be under 2.0. If not then a low dose of Armour Thyroid or NatureThroid will help a ton!

missienal Hang in there..there is a natural helper at walmart, I do forget the name, but a woman that i used to share a office with, helped her a lot. With the flashes and mood swings..I'll ask her what it was.
