beddajess Well my Mom n Grandma talked to me about it and educated me on it as well. I would just explain to her how our bodies change once we hit puberty and if she asks any questions just answer them with all honesty. Just let her know that if she experiences any

beddajess odd changes to come to you and that all is okay. I had to teach my niece how to shave her arm pits because I am kind of like a mother figure to her. Shortly after that she started her period and I was the first person she told.
