TheLightSeeker I recommend sublingual methylcobalamin drops over longer periods of time.
Defininitely not cyanocobalamin which binds (the cyanide part) with free potassium and synthesises potassium cyanide releasing hydrogen cyanide gas -very toxic!!!

HSS56 If I may, Your low energy level could just be a lacking of something in your daily food group and to little exercise. You may feel to tired to exercise but once you get out there you wake up and move and feel better, believe me, I'm no fan of exercisse either but it does help. You don't need a bunch of meds to help you with energy levels just try a tablespoon of peanut butter in the morning or drink a coke zero, eat more meat or fruit or both and exercise.

TheLightSeeker HSS56. You should know better than suggest Coke Zero. just do a fast online check. It is a major contributor to TNFa (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha) as it is excitotoxic. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
on the other hand, gives a fast energy boost,.
