Belle313 I'm glad you are finding something that helps.
The pharmacist made me a compound cream and so far it's no help. Needing infusion therapy to take care of the AI issues. Very nervous to start them.
Hugs to you, Dee

Dee1956 You are all so special to me!  Thank you so much. A friend gave me a trigger point massage and it helped quite a bit. I am limiting my time on the PC and stretching

Barb135 Sometimes, I think simply limiting the time on the PC is the best thing to do... Stretching is also helpful.  I do that a lot after I was in physical therapy last spring.  It always helps me feel more "open"... Take care of you ((hugz))

mikesimon Once my doctor said I was close to having a frozen shoulder and I was in a whole lot of pain. I hate to think what you're going through. I wish you a speedy recovery Dee.
Take care,
Michael

Dee1956 Thank you everyone. I think limiting my time has helped quite a bit. I went to a trigger point massage, and started stretching every day. What a difference. I'm feeling much better, thanks again!
