So my sister had an ultrasound today and Noah is still little. :) He's estimated to weigh 5.15lbs. Is this consider preemie size? We have NO preemie clothes and want to be prepared lol.

My sister is 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced(?). Anyone wanna guess a time frame here before Noah is born? She's still at home, no contractions or anything like that. Just was wondering what you all thought. :)
Ladies, my sister is almost 37 weeks and her blood pressure is normally low. Like 110/72 for example. Here these past few weeks it's been going up. It's around 121/88. How worried should we be?
