So my sister had an ultrasound today and Noah is still little. :)  He's estimated to weigh 5.15lbs.  Is this consider preemie size?  We have NO preemie clothes and want to be prepared lol.   Feb 04 - 2

hansen20 It's just an estimate.  I remember when they told my that my youngest daughter was 6.7 lbs she was actually 8lb 2oz when she was born.  So baby can measure 3lb+or-

Belle313 I would say yes you need a few preemie (not micro preemie) outfits. We just got some inexpensive soft clothes for Jr thru Babies R Us. They are marked down. Make sure to look at the label, some mention 'up to 7lbs'. M was 5.3lbs when she left NICU.

My sister is 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced(?).  Anyone wanna guess a time frame here before Noah is born?  She's still at home, no contractions or anything like that.  Just was wondering what you all thought. :) Jan 28 - 16

Des_a_rae Thank you Heather.  Bags are definitely packed. :D  That's what we told her, to stay local.  She's soo miserable lol and her little face is puffy.  Her ankles and hands are swollen so she doesn't feel like going to much.  Poor thing.

Des_a_rae Aww thank you so much Hollus.  I'm so freaking excited I can't stand it. I want to snuggle this sweet boy so bad.  He already has my heart and it makes me cry with joy at knowing how much falling in love with him I'll do when he's actually here.

Ladies, my sister is almost 37 weeks and her blood pressure is normally low.  Like 110/72 for example.  Here these past few weeks it's been going up.  It's around 121/88.  How worried should we be? Jan 24 - 13

Des_a_rae Take it easy.  I just want her to rest and she hasn't been at all.  It's like pulling teeth to get her to rest so I'm gonna go over there and be a big sis.  :D She might not like it,  but oh well.

krichar Well she will be forced to go in if she is in labour...lol! Cramping and pulling is normal this far along. I'm sure she will be fine. She is probably nesting right now so there will no way to slow her down.

Des_a_rae Lol Kellie,  that will definitely make her go.  And omg I didn't think of nesting.  That's what she's doing.  Her fiance said she's OCD all of a sudden Lmao.
