Risa615I know the feeling, I started eating every 3 hrs, but it is hard since I am not hungry. Took me until this week to really have less nausea. Try taking vitamin B 6. It is recommended to help as well.
Heather3418As my doctor told me when I was pregnant, the early morning sickness, is a sign of a thriving, healthy pregnancy. Try to think of it that way, every time you get a wave of nausea. Don't let yourself get dehydrated little momma if you have vomiting. I used crackers and sips of slightly ginger ale. My son blessed me with 5 1/2 months of morning sickness. That little booger. He was born at almost 9 pounds, so I guess the morning sickness didn't hurt him at all. Hang in there. Remember, nausea is a good sign for baby's health. Sorry mommie has to go through it, though. God Bless you, precious one..
