hiya don. Glad you're doing ok. they give it in one hand and take it from the other. it's like that over here too. my sleeping seems to have settled into a pattern and i guess as it's consistent, i can cope. my depression is ok too. but have got to change my tablets as i started to self harm so my doc wants to try me on something else. whoever said life was easy eh!
I am so pleased to hear from you as sometimes the notes/journals you write seem so confusing and desperate that i get worried - even though i dont know you and you are a mutant!!!!! ;-) It's 6.15am here and i've been up an hour. I'm gonna go back to bed now and try to get another hours sleep in before my son wakes up for school. You take care don. stay in touch if you can/want!! ttfn jo x
