.Thank you sweet boy for all the good information and of course your caring thoughts. You have been such a constant help to all that come here..I noticed I left you a note before and now I realize that you are not new to this site...Sounds like you have a lot of experience with this blog.. I look forward to your most informative helpful posts.I worked in my garden today and have strawberries ready to pick. Tomatoes and peppers are coming along well. I also grow roses and they are doing very well. My father had over 100 in his garden. Moving the earth around, planting and watching the growth is so rewarding...Blessings to you ..
Many thanks for your interest clenenon. Makes a difference when someone shows interest/concern. I take your frightening point about seizure. I have started to cut down today, but have not formulated a plan. See how first few days go and then make a firm plan. I have been ok thru the day - it is tomorrow morning when the beast will raise. Then I will, in all probability throw 150mg down my neck and sleep another 2 hours. That usually enables me to have a shower and at least look after myself. After that I will have to wait and see. (usually 150mg at 11am. BUT won't do that tomorrow! - will wait a number of hours before I crumble. This is the way forward at this point in time. (I say that now!!??) I will keep informed.
Thank you.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Keep going your doing great..It's kinda hard at first but the good thing is your going to feel so much better. Sleeping is still hard for me also. I guess sooner or later we all get tired enough to just fall asleep. I'm so glad you found this site. it was a life saver for me also. Wishing you lots of peaceful days to come...
Hi Clendenon. Wanted to say Hi (I don't want to hog the main site). Glad you are here and I think you are at a good place, being 100/200 mg. and wanting to "say goodbye". Vietnam veteran? Yea - like I'm going to lecture you on "struggles", "discipline", "hard times", etc. Best of luck and stay posting - please!
