About Me: Male, 30, Nome, AK, member since Jan 2011
I recently moved to Nome, AK from Michigan after graduating college with a B.S. in Dietetics. I work for the hospital in diabetes prevention and am currently studying to become a certified personal trainer. I am very passionate about disease prevention and an all over h
[More]ealthy lifestyle. Even with being in the health field, I too need to continuously remotivate myself to live as healthy and active as possible
Just happened across your profile! I too have an elliptical at home which has made it much easier, but my problem is getting out of bed early enough to use it or finding the motivation to after a full day of work. Once you're in the routine though it's much easier of course! Good luck with your journey!
