About Me: Female, 33, Lake Worth, FL, member since Aug 2011
I am a 32 year old Social Worker. I have struggled with severe anxiety since I was 21 years old. Some spans of time are better than others but the anxiety always comes back. I am working on improving my health in all ways I can through diet, CBT Therapy, medication &
[More] exercise. I have a wonderful and supportive partner, a great home and awesome friends so I am trying to figure out why I can't enjoy it to the fullest.
Hi there.....just starting some anxiety medications. Been on celexa, but the sexual side effects were awful. Dr. wanted to put me on effexor, but I'm too scared. We settled on wellbutrin xl, but I'm freaking out....no one seems to think it helps with anxiety, but your comment about your OCD leading to your anxiety made sense to me. Can you e-mail me, as keeping up on a forum is difficult for me? I'd love to compare notes. I'm a mom of four, teacher, photographer living in Ohio.
