2 time PegRiba relapser and discontinued Infergen (non-pegylated interferon) Riba after my platelets got down to 6 (not a typo!). They told me to have someone else tie my shoes as they were afraid I might suffer a brain hemmorage if I bent over - hah!

I just wanted to let you know that my 4wk viral load was undetectable. It has been a wild ride but I'm almost through my 6th week and now that I know I only have 6 more weeks on incivek, I can make it. I thought that I had to take the incivek for the whole 48 weeks and not just 12. I saw my doctor yesterday and found out I was undetectable and that I only had six weeks to go and I was happier than I've been since I started. Thanks for your encouragement and suggestions.
