About Me: Female, 59, Sudbury,Ont., CA, member since Nov 2011
I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on Feb 11th/2011,surgery on March 31st.to remove the cancer. Then had to wait until it healed before they could treat me with Radiation, which had to be stopped before I could have anymore treatments, due to my skin being too sensitive...
[More]so I missed the last 6 treatments.because it was burning me,now I am having a problem with the tissue or muscle in my breast ,that has gotten really hard and terribly painful, due to (I believe)the several lymph nodes removed from my underarm to see if it had spread. So I have pretty much been unable to focus on the things I used to enjoy like reading, embroidery,my memory has not been the greatest either. So it's been just me & my cat,"Precious"For now that is all I have really been up to until my interests come back(I hope).....lol.That's about it for now.I am still in that cancer fog as I call it,where it seems like just yesterday that I was diagnosed!
