You are in my thoughts and prayers. I might be the 37 year old you mention in your question. I don't live out in the boonies but I might as well. I take the bus, and with headaches it's hard. But, your headaches sound like mine. even, the fact that they are worse in the morning and night. I've been doing a lot of research and decided to try something, I drink 8 glasses of water a day. I have to drink one every hour, because I end up peeing it all out. And, I notice when I stop the water the headaches get worse. I have a dr apt Wed. I hope you find answers. You might already drink a lot of water but give it a try. If you drink decaffeinated drinks you need to drink more, and since you hurt more in the morning., drink 1 or 2 glasses when you wake up.
