Have been very ill, back hurting, seeing chiropractor and eventurally massage; took phentermine and almost immediately got a back ache. Not sure if this is what caused it...
I've been on my journey since last june. :) My weight loss has been pretty slow but it's picking back up again. :) That's great about you losing the weight. You can do it :)
