Relax, it will all be fine, fingers crossed. I am ok, light work out started and I thought I will die after 3 min on a cross trainer at level1, lol. I have done 2 days already this week so we will see how next week goes and if I can increase the levels or not. I am part of a master thesis group so they take our BP and heart rate a few times during the one hour session. They have even done a DEXA scan for me and looks like I need some calcium supplements as I border Osteopenia. All good, just this chest cold, I hope is nothing else worst as is a dry cough all the time for 2 weeks now :(
