where did you find the sweetner Steiva? I can NOT find it anywhere here in Houston
I started 4/19 at 143 and ended 5/19 at 128 and then had to keep eating the 500 cal for 3 more days I still have to go until6/12 with no sugar and not starch (I have cheated a very little), had new potatoes in snap beans 1 day) but as of today I am still 128 I plan to DRINK a lot more water until the end and see if that helps ...I really wanted to be at 125 lbx. how are you doing?
