1st BX 2003 Grade 2 Stage 2
1st TX Nov 2003 - Non-Responder after 24 weeks of 180mcg Peg & 800mg Riba.

2nd BX 2008 Grade 2 Stage 1
2nd TX May 2008 -  Enrolled on 8 week Roche/Pharmasset PI trial for non responders with study drug RO5024048 +180mcg Peg + 1200 mg Riba per day.
  
Now continuing on Peg/Riba as above until April 2009, total of 48 weeks.

VL 12 May 08 = 1,720,000IU/mL (6.24 log)

VL 14 Jun 08 =  less than 15IU/mL (1.18 log)

VL 12 July 08 =  29IU/mL (1.46 log) *this result coincides with 3 week Riba dose reduction due to low Hb.  Full dose reinstated 13 July.

VL 07 Aug 08 = UND

VL 10 Oct 08 = UND

*All Viral Loads determined using Roche COBAS Ampliprep/Taqman HCV test sensitivity 15IU/mL with a linear range of 43 HCV RNA IU/mL to 6.9E+7 HCV RNA IU/mL
