Glad you've got control again. Maintain it, think of how much your life will be improved now. Forget the insomnia as far as you can. I'm on Zop.for life,Itdoesn't make me sleep, but it does help psychologically. Some of us are not fated to sleep. It doesn't seem to do us much long term harm unless we worry about it. That's almost impossible to do.But I've never found the ability to sleep right through a night. Now I'm fine, just been for a nice fast bike ride. We have had some kind of Flying Chinese Pig flu or something, that's kept us grounded for a couple of weeks, but my venture out today indicates that all's well. Hope you are enjoying life & having some nice times?Sleep problems sometimes lead to more problems, but there's lots of different ways to approach iit. Try & find one.Cheers
