i just want to know how big is the possibility of contracting HIV from a single vaginal unprotected sex and twice unprotected oral sex ....that's when dec 2011 .my first sexual encoutner and after that,January,i had UTI,FEBruary i had some symptoms like fungi infection(ringworm) ,in March sore throat then cold&cough but no fever and this May,sore throat,cold and cough again,rashes with small blisters..this May i went for HIV test and the result was negative but im still worried and no peace of mind..i dont know that health status of the man i had sex with so im so anxious...help me please

Hey nursegirl im one of many people who suffer from anxiety disorder and one of my fears are HIV. I've been tested in the past and want to get tested again.. I've had unprotected vaginal sex im a hetro male.. But my doctors seems so relax about it.. He said that it can happen but I doubt you have HIV thru unprotected vaginal sex by say it's harder to get it that way after one exposure... Is this to calm anxiety or is this a factual assumption?

hi please answer my query as iam in risk IAM LAB TECHNICIAN DAILY WE CHECK BLOOD SAMPLES ONE INCIDENT IS EATING MY MIND IT HAPPEND JUST 4 DAYS BEFORE THAT IS WHEN A HIV POSITIVE PATIENT IS COLLECTED IN A TUBE AND WE HAVE CENTRIFUGED IT AND THE SERUM IS SEPARATED WHEN TESTING THE SERUM IT GOT INTO MY FINGERS WHICH IS JUST ONE DROP OF SERUM AND LATER I FORGET IT AFTER 2 MINS I INSERTED THAT FINGER INTO MY NOSE , IAM FEELING NERVOUS BECAUSE NOSE IS AN MUCOUS MEMBRANE WHAT IS MY RISK PLEASE INFORM ME MADAM
